We are looking for a hands-on Technical and Commercial Project Manager who combines technical understanding, strong project coordination and commercial awareness. You’ll take ownership of technical, customer and innovation projects from start to finish, bringing together technology, customer needs and project delivery. You’ll work closely with our engineering teams, customers, partners and commercial colleagues to turn requirements into successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical and commercial projects from start to completion.

• Define project scope, priorities, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

• Coordinate Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners.

• Act as a key contact for customers and project stakeholders.

• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and priorities.

• Support commercial discussions by connecting customer needs with technical possibilities.

• Stay closely involved in the technical side of projects, including requirements and architectural discussions.

• Monitor project risks, quality and progress and ensure successful delivery.

• Use customer and market feedback to help improve our products and solutions.

Experience and skills we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner or in a similar role.

• Experience in a technical or software-driven environment.

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.

• A commercial and customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.

• Experience with edge/cloud technology, sensor systems, operational technology, maritime or defense is an advantage.
